Apt has a fully equipped kitchen, large backyard, washer/dryer in the building, and a creative vibe. Close to Netflix's new studio in Brooklyn, it's perfect for film and TV people, or travelers looking for a comfortable, stylish place to hang their hat. I live in one of the unit's bedrooms, but won't be much of a presence. The space The front bedroom is yours, which opens on to the kitchen, living room, and bath, all open to use. I am in the back bedroom. We share the kitchen and bath, but I am usually out of the house or in the office. Guest access You have full access to kitchen, bath, living room, and daytime access to the yard in the back. During your stay You can reach me by text or phone if I am out of the house. Otherwise I am available to assist in person as we will be sharing the unit.
