Other things to note Verification of identities and passports/identity cards is required by the Spanish authorities. The process is simple and secure. Only book our home if you accept this condition ;-) If you're booking on AirBnb for the first time or if you don't have a review yet, this online ID verification will be required within 48 hours to secure your reservation (the site is secure and a passport scan for adults is required by Spanish law). The pool is maintained 1-2 times per week (Tuesday and Friday/Saturday) by Markus and/or Nicole. They are autonomous and have the key to the gate. Apart from Markus and Nicole, no other person is supposed to enter the property. Please don't let anyone in without contacting me first! Despite all the care we take to clean the garden and terrace before your arrival, the Calima phenomenon (Saharan sand), or simply the wind that causes the leaves and pine needles to fall, can quickly give a somewhat "neglected" appearance. We apologize in advance if this happens just before your arrival.
