Come and share our Warm friendly home. Large sunny garden. Comfortable relaxing environment. Combination of light airy rooms combined with some snug cosy rooms. Welcome to use all facilities. James and I (penny) will be in and out throughout the day. We love meeting people. We live 10-20 minutes walk from numerous restaurants and takeaways . Lots of local transport, taxis to the city and docks. We have a large Sainsbury’s also 10 mins walk. Southampton university is approx 15-20 minutes walk. The space Bright and airy double bedroom. Drawer and wardrobe space. 100% cotton sheets. Towels. Semi shared bathroom - will be mostly for your use only as we have a toilet and wash area downstairs. Desk area available outside bedroom. Guest access Lounge. Kitchen . Shared Bathroom. Garden. Hot tub. During your stay We have lived in and around the area for many years and are happy to help with any questions that may make your stay easier Other things to note We are non smokers but guests are welcome to smoke or vape in the garden
