Detached house of 70 m², our accommodation is located in Mimizan-Plage, a short walk from the ocean. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will be in a quiet place while being within walking distance of all amenities. You will enjoy family meals on the shaded terrace, the unrestricted access to the beach, or the proximity of the market halls for your morning shopping. The city center with its shops and restaurants, as well as the ocean, are within a 3-minute walk. The space This family accommodation was refurbished in 2023, it has only been rented out since summer 2024. The house has 2 bedrooms, the first with a 160 cm bed, the second with a 140 cm and a 90 cm that will be ideal for a child. The mezzanine is equipped with a 140 cm bed, accessed via a small wooden staircase. It will be perfect for teenagers but less suitable for toddlers or older people. The house has a large living room with a living room, dining room and equipped American kitchen. A shaded main terrace will allow you to eat outdoors, it has an electric griddle. The second terrace allows you to spread out the towels when you return from the beach. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price. An uncashed deposit cheque of €500 will be requested upon arrival and returned after your departure.
