Description
Horse riding property/arena, bring your horse. Nestled in a grove of pine trees, it feels remote but is only 3 miles from Newport, WA/Oldtown, ID where there are restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The Pend Oreille river and boat launch are only a couple of miles away with opportunities to fish, kayak, water ski and swim, or just take in some sun. Priest Lake, Silverwood theme park and Schweitzer ski resort are within an hour drive. There are many summer outdoor activities in the area The space Bring your horse and hay and ride in our arena. We have pens to keep your horse in. We have about a mile and a half of stabilized dirt road leading to our tiny houses. All the rooms and the stairs in the tiny house are small, of course because it is a tiny house. Guest access Guests can make the entire tiny home their own for their stay, no sharing of bathroom or kitchen. We have 60 acres that guests can explore, most of it up the hill to the north of the tiny houses. And, you can walk down the driveway at the main house and there are miles of trails behind the main house. Other things to note 22 Spark Way is a new address and GPS does not recognize it. On GPS enter 3635 Freeman Lake Road, Oldtown, Idaho, and take the driveway to the west where the tiny houses are. No vaping, drug use, chewing tobacco or smoking, including marijuana allowed anywhere on the property. We have little grandchildren that live next door to the tiny house so you may experience some child related noise. Schweitzer ski resort has opportunities to hike, bike and ride the chair lift. Silverwood is about a 45 minute drive from here. In Dover, Idaho, near Sandpoint is a land trust with miles of riding and hiking in the woods.
