The studio-mezzanine is spacious, 13 m2 with 3,1 m ceiling height and a mezzanine of 4 m2. Renovated in 2022, it is located on the ground floor of a luxury building from 1930, secured by the presence of a concierge on site + an exterior digital code . Cosy and simple, it is well suited to young couples visiting Paris. The space The studio-mezzanine is spacious and airy with a surface area of 13 m2 and 3.10 m ceiling height, plus a 4 m2 mezzanine. Cosy and simple, it is well suited to young couples who want to discover lively Paris but also enjoy relaxing moments in a serene environment. Renovated in 2022, it is located on the ground floor of a luxury building from the 1930s, secured by the presence of a concierge on site, plus an exterior digital code and an interior intercom in the entrance hall. Quiet and bright, with a simple and modern design, it offers a functional living space with: - a modern shower cabin (70x70 cm, 27.5”x27.5”), - the comfortable recent Queen size bed (2022) is located on the airy mezzanine (4 m2 with 1 m ceiling height). The mezzanine is protected by a balustrade and is accessible by a ladder, - and separate toilet. Quiet and bright, it overlooks a beautiful flower garden with large trees. 
IMPORTANT: The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and is only suitable for people who can access the mezzanine by the ladder. Here, you will be 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadéro and the Champs Elysée (metro line 9) and 25 minutes from Saint-Germain-des-Prés (metro line 10). A 5-minute walk away, you will find bus lines (32, 52, 88, 123 and PC) which will take you to the center and various tourist spots in Paris.
