You enter into a charming, warm reading room with a wood burner, through to a sitting room with a wood burning stove, large TV and a comfy 4-seat sofa. This leads into the conservatory which opens up to the lovely large, mature garden which is securely fenced all around. The kitchen provides all the necessary equipment as detailed below and there is all the crockery & glassware you’ll need. There are two double bedrooms upstairs, one with an en-suite shower room and king-sized bed and the other with a superking-sized bed. Both have ample of storage for your clothes. The third bedroom is two single beds but can be made up into a king size if needed. Again there is a full length cupboard for your clothes. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a long bath and tall overhead shower. This village home offers a lovely mix of character, light and space. It’s perfect for cosy nights in by the fire or big dinners on the large table in the conservatory. There is a BBQ and seating area outside so on warmer days, the sunset can be enjoyed outside.
