Minutes from the Shropshire Way, Tosturi offers a perfect base for enjoying the idyllic Shropshire countryside, with walks and bike rides straight from the doorstep. ‘Tosturi’ means ‘compassion’ in Welsh, and offers a peaceful space for guests who want to spend time in healing nature, need a digital detox or simply want to relax. The space This beautifully decorated quarry worker’s cottage feels like a home from home. Tosturi offers a cosy living room with wood burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms, bathroom, patio and garden. Used occasionally by the host’s extended family, the cottage is furnished with character and has plenty of personal touches - from the vintage china, to the eclectic period furniture and the extensive book collection which guests are welcome to browse. The garden is constantly evolving and has beautiful views towards Ludlow. It has been and is being developed using permaculture principles. Wifi is available, but as Tosturi seeks to offer a tranquil space we do not have a television. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire property and garden.
