Tiny house with mountain view

Peaceful and cozy Abingdon get-away! Tiny house high up on a hill with gorgeous mountain and valley views. Only 10 minutes to downtown Abingdon, 10 minutes to the Emory and Henry campus and 30 minutes to Bristol VA/TN. Many hiking and biking trails in the area including the VA Creeper Trail, the Channels, the Mendota Trail and the Appalachian Trail. Enjoy all that historic Abingdon has to offer - fabulous restaurants and bars AND the Barter Theatre. Perfect for E&H visitors! The space The tiny house is located up the 1/4 mile driveway and is located just prior to the main house along the driveway. Guests may park either right behind the tiny house or alongside it (please leave space on the driveway for the hosts' cars to come and go) Guest access Guests may use all the yard space surrounding the tiny house and the outdoor spaces around the main house. The pasture area between the street and the top of the hill is not accessible to guests or their dogs. Other things to note House CAN sleep 6 if loft is used as well. Please ask me for more details. Please note this house offers a kitchenette with coffee and tea, a refrigerator, and a microwave to heat already-prepared foods. It is not a full meal-prep kitchen and the oven is not available for guest use! The stovetop is available with a kettle for heating water and for heating foods brought in guests' own containers. Please note that children (including infants and toddlers) DO count as a guest and while welcome, I can't offer free stays for children.
