Charming cottage located in Bréhand (22) in Brittany, ideal for a relaxing stay. This house offers a master suite, a 2nd large bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen opening onto the fully-equipped dining room and a shower room. The space On the ground floor you will find: - A cozy living room with sofa and TV, ideal for friendly evenings, - A fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area, - A bathroom with shower Upstairs, the master suite offers a queen-size bed and wardrobe, as well as an en-suite bathroom with an island bathtub. A second large bedroom has a double bed, a pull-out bed and a wardrobe. Outside, a large landscaped garden with private terrace invites you to relax. Enjoy the barbecue for alfresco dining while taking in the views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage is located between Lamballe and Moncontour (5th most beautiful village in Brittany) and only 25 minutes from the coast: Pléneuf-Val-André, where you can enjoy the beaches, golf, many water activities as well as hiking trails (GR34). Perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, this cottage offers all the comforts necessary for a memorable stay in Brittany. We live on site in a separate house and are not very present (separate driveway, courtyard, entrance and terrace). We will not disturb you during your stay and leave you all the leisure and benefit of enjoying the garden, its playground, sunbathing, etc. Our 2 children will sometimes venture there ;) Guest access Access to the cottage is via a long driveway. This is about 50m before the white gate (opposite the "La Tenue" sign). You can park at the top of the driveway. Enter the garden and you'll see a private entrance to the cottage on your left (concrete steps). The key is in a key box to the left of the front door. Other things to note We have only one (slow) recharging point for electric vehicles. We therefore ask you to inform us the day before if you wish to use it, so that we can make the best possible arrangements to free it up for you. We sometimes install a swimming pool at the bottom of the garden during the summer. For security and privacy reasons, this is not available to guests. Thanks for your understanding.
