Orangevale Hideaway

Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly built private studio. Centrally-located with just a short 10 minute drive to Folsom Lake or Roseville, and 20 minutes from Sacramento. The space This is a studio with a full bathroom and partial kitchenette. It is located behind the garage of our main home. There is a private entry for the unit. Guest access Guests will have private access to the studio and bathroom through a separate side entrance. Access is blocked off to the garage and backyard (gated). Other things to note We are a family with children that live in the main home on the property.
