Our charming 23 m² apartment is conveniently located in Ivry-sur-Seine, close to local amenities and public transport. On the second floor of a quiet building, it is perfect for two people, our accommodation offers a comfortable and functional living space. The main room is bright and well laid out, with a work area, equipped with a monitor that you can plug in via a USB-C connector and a sitting area with armchairs to rest after a day of sightseeing. A large window ensures good natural light throughout the day. The kitchen, open to the living room, is modern and equipped. It includes storage units, a countertop, as well as appliances such as a fridge, stove and oven. There's also a washer-dryer for added convenience. A dining area has been set up to savor your dishes face to face. The bedroom, separated from the rest of the apartment, offers an intimate and quiet space. It accommodates a double bed and a large wardrobe with mirror for storage. Small additional storage is available under the bed. The window brings natural light and good ventilation. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with built-in storage cabinet, and toilet. You will find everything you need (towels, shampoo, soap) for a pleasant stay.
