Beach pass- kindly get bracelet pass at beach concierge. Pool use, kindly do one time reservation the entire stay upon check in. Free for 2 adults and 2 children (8 yrs and below). FEE applies for extra guests. Onsen, Spa & gym use for long term tenants only. Guests will be given door codes (Smart Locks) as well as a RFID key tag to access the unit. Lost keytag will be charge 1000 pesos. So please be careful. Only listed guests in the VRF form or authorization form will have access to the unit and amenities. NO swimming pool usage every Monday due to scheduled maintenance cleaning. Other things to note READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE booking... For long stays, extra cleaning and refresh of linens can be done every 7th- 10th day of stay at minimal cost to cover cleaner's fee and 1 full load of laundry fee. Unit Maintenance check schedule is every Thursday 1-3pm. Please inform us ahead of time if there are some problems so we can check and fix it. Early check in/check out at 250 php per hour. Only if unit is available prior or after your booking. * Host will secure authorization/VRF letter/move in permit from the property management for security reasons prior your stay, so please furnish me a copy of IDs of guests staying. So check in during your arrival will be smooth sailing. * Our place is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishware, glassware and utensils and necessary spices needed. We provide a welcome basket. Coffee powder, tea sugar & creamer and clean drinking water for your daily use. Bathroom have shampoos, conditioner, body wash, face & bath towels. We got Hair dryer, flat/steam iron and board, kindly return to proper place after use. Internet WIFI connection available during your stay. Unit is equipped with handsfree bidet & hot shower and 2 AC units. kindly turn off. if not in use. For long term stays with discounts, we will be providing starter packs for you to use. We can refresh the unit at an additional cost (at least 1-2days notice) * Strictly NO SMOKING inside the condo, E-smoking only at balcony/patio if really needed just be discreet. No parties allowed. Avoid shouting and making loud noises that cause disturbance to other unit owners. * Avoid hanging of clothes at balcony railings and balcony.....kindly use the clothes rack or hangers at washroom....turn on exhaust. * We cater full service laundry maximum 6 kilos per load (with a fee). Free pick up & delivery. * NO COOKING of any FISH or fish/SEAFOODS products that would leave foul smell inside the condo * NO HEAVY COOKING allowed inside the unit, heavy smoke may trigger smoke alarm (penalty at 5000php) *. Washer/Dryer for long stay only 3 days or more... ( use #18 setting for express wash & Dry) kindly hang dry at clothes rack at washer area. ALWAYS turn ON range hood while cooking. Use pot covers while cooking and esp while frying to avoid oil spills and splatters. Ventilate the room by opening the balcony door and windows every now and then. * Additional charges/fee will be imposed for additional deep cleaning of the unit due to mis use & bad smell. * Please do not leave food unattended on the kitchen area to avoid bugs and ants, keep kitchen clean after use, and excess foods store at the fridge. We want the unit to be in good condition for all our guests so kindly take good care as if its your own. * One Pacific Residence adult & kiddie Swimming pool is only from 8am - 10:00 pm, only 2 adults and 2 children are free or just swim 2 adults and 2 kids at a time and let others swim after (exchange) so thst its still free... If all will swim in excess of free allotted its 200 pesos per head. Beach and beach pool swimming upto 6pm (Mactan Newtown beach), Beach is open upto 10pm with a minimal fee of 350php ( with 1 welcome drink) I can provide free beach access upto 3 adults & 2 kids 6 Yr old & below. (only if available) kindly inform us ahead of time. There are shower rooms with shampoos/bath wash (only if available) which you can use and change clothes please bring own towel if needed, or rent one at the beach.. With Minimal fees * You may use the gym upto 10 pm (long term stay) just make sure to turn off AC after use, lights or any electric equipments . Only listed guests in the VRF form or authorization form will have access to the unit and amenities. Unlisted guests will incur a fee. At times. some noises can be heard outside esp if there are ongoing activities. festivals on the Mactan Newtown area, which is entirely out of our control
