All 3 mattresses are Tuft & Needle brand. *We have central air conditioning downstairs, and while there is heat, there is no air conditioning upstairs* Fans are provided, but rarely needed as the climate here is quite temperate and nights are typically cool. If cold, each room upstairs has its own heating. Although we thoroughly clean our home, if you are highly allergic to cats, our home may not be suitable for you.
