The apartment is large enough to be comfortable for a couple and has spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with double bed with high quality orthopedic mattress, which will provide you with the maximum level of comfort after an eventful day. By prior order, we can install an additional fold-out baby cot for child. The bathroom will also pleasantly surprise you with its coziness and original design. It features a warm floor, very comfortable shower, non-stop hot and cold water, hygienic shower (bidet), hair dryer, towel dryer and very special LED lighting. The apartment has an individual gas heating, laundry washer, TV, free WiFi. Fresh sheets and towels are supplied. Guest access You will be able to access and use the apartment with one bedroom, which was specifically designed and furnished with travelers in mind. Nobody will bother you during the stay, as there are no shared spaces whatsoever. Other things to note Attention our guests!) -Check-in after 23:00 and before 9:00 is not possible. -Hot water is supplied 24 hours a day from an 80-liter electric boiler, which is enough for rational showering twice in a row for 4-5 minutes, after which the boiler needs 3 hours to heat the water again. -The temperature in the apartment in the cold period of the year is maintained according to sanitary standards within 21-22 degrees Celsius by electric heat panels. Air condition available only in warm months. -Don't open window while using air condition or heating. -Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. -Quiet time in the apartment from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We expect guests to take care of their property and clean up after themselves in a timely manner.
