The space This beautiful family home is tucked away in a peaceful rural setting just outside the charming village of Great Bardfield, offering the perfect countryside escape for up to 8 guests. Surrounded by open fields and scenic views, the property combines spacious living areas with modern comforts, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or relaxing weekend getaways. At the heart of the home is a stylish and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully designed for socialising, entertaining, and enjoying meals together throughout your stay. Downstairs, guests will also find two comfortable family rooms, a dedicated games room complete with an american pool table, utility room, shower room, and a bright conservatory overlooking the garden. Upstairs, the property features two generously sized master bedrooms, both complete with their own en-suite bathrooms, alongside an additional double bedroom and a single bedroom. A beautifully finished family bathroom with a freestanding bath provides the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the countryside. From the upstairs windows, you’ll often spot horses grazing peacefully in the neighbouring fields of Frenches Farm, adding to the home’s tranquil countryside charm. Step outside through the large bi-fold doors from the kitchen and enjoy the expansive wrap-around garden, complete with outdoor seating and a luxury 6-person hot tub — the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Please note: the 8th guest will be accommodated on a sofa bed located in one of the downstairs family rooms. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property which includes a large parking area. They will also have full access to the garden which includes a dining area complete with BBQ and a large luxury 6 person hot tub. Other things to note We are based opposite Essex's leading equestrian centre, Frenches Farm. Stables and arena hire are available to guests during your stay. Please contact us for more information.
