Large villa in a quiet residential area close to nature

Close to nature and cozy residential area in southern Skövde. A stone's throw to a fantastic nature reserve, one of the country's best golf courses and grocery store. Popular for guests visiting Skara Sommarland and sporting events in Skövde/Skaraborg. Skövde is located between the lakes Vänern and Vättern, which provides an optimal location to start from on vacation. Spacious and homey villa with newly built deck, glassed-in patio and wonderful garden! Electric car charger and washing machine can be used for a fee. Parking is included. The space The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, spacious hall, bathroom with toilet and shower and laundry room. Washing machine available for a fee. The upper floor consists of an equipped kitchen with seating for 6 people. There is also a bedroom with a large double bed and an additional bedroom with a double bed. Large living room and dining room. Bathroom upstairs consists of shower and toilet. Large newly-built deck, glazed cozy patio and a wonderful garden! Guest access As a guest, you have access to almost the entire house. What you do not have access to is the sauna and a children's room. Otherwise, you have access to the kitchen, two bathrooms, bedrooms, large living room and dining room, laundry room. Likewise, deck, patio and garden. For those of you who want to bring an air mattress or bed mattress, you are welcome to do so. There is plenty of floor space in several of the rooms. Up to 14 people in total in the house (for a fee according to the booking). We offer 8 beds. Other things to note Electric car charging is offered for a fee. Washing machine can be used for a fee. We provide/make 8 beds. In addition, you can bring bed & air mattresses, up to 14 people. You book the number of people who will be staying in the house. There are table settings for 6 people in the kitchen and 4 people in the dining room.
