The space The apartment is located in a very green and quiet area, it is located on the ground floor in a restored condominium with concierge service and private parking. The exit of the A8 motorway (Milan-Como) is Lomazzo Nord. The apartment consists of a 35m2 open space with access to the patio and private garden. Inside it is furnished with modern design furniture, the marble bathroom with crystal shower has recently been renovated. The apartment is organized with a table for breakfast, lunch or dinner with two leather chairs, a large double bed and a small induction cooker, a TV cabinet, fridge and freezer. All appliances were renewed in 2023 including linens. In the kitchen there is a washing machine. In the external area we find a dining table, a sofa and two chairs where you can spend a relaxing moment in the open air The parking is inside the condominium area and is private.THERE IS NO COVERED PARKING SPACE OR LOCKED GARAGE AVAILABLE From the accommodation you can easily reach Como by car in 20 minutes, Milan in 25 minutes, Lugano in 40 minutes and the airports of Malpensa in 30 minutes, Linate in 39 minutes or Bergamo Airport in 50 minutes. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible and at your disposal except for a part of the wardrobe which you will find closed. The apartment has private parking within the condominium area. The area is very quiet and safe. NO pets are allowed Other things to note In the apartment you will find: towels, sheets and blankets. I remind our kind guests that pets are NOT allowed.
