Individual cottage on 2 floors, ideally located in downtown Cognac. It's suitable for a weekend, a week of remote work or as monthly accommodation! The space On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and upstairs, a bedroom with its shower room (renovated in early 2025). This accommodation is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people (comfortable sofa bed in the living room). The environment is very quiet despite its central location.
