Äspögården's grand piano

On beautiful Söderslätt, a stone's throw from Sweden's southernmost cape Smygehuk, is beautiful Äspögården. Where we rent out the wing that is from the 1800 's. The accommodation is both unique, quiet and cozy. In addition to a beautiful house, there is a patio in both east and west facing. This allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The space The pitorean wing fits 6 people, spread over three bedrooms. There is an option to put two extra beds in the bedrooms upstairs. The maximum number will then be 8 people. The stairs there are slightly steep, but there is a baby gate on the above level. Bedroom 1 is located on the bottom floor and has a double bed (160 cm). Upstairs is bedroom 2 which has a 180 cm double bed and the possibility to put in an extra bed (suitable for children). Bedroom 3 is also the one upstairs and has two 90 cm beds, that can be put together to a double bed. Also in this bedroom there is an extra bed (suitable for children). Downstairs there is a newly renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Downstairs, there is a bright and lovely living room with sofa and armchair. The room has windows and doors facing the patio facing west, as well as an exit to the garden in the back. On the bottom floor is also the kitchen with associated dining area. The kitchen has oven, microwave and two hot plates. During the summer there is also a grill to use. Upstairs there is another living area with sofa and armchairs as well as a TV. Cleaning is done by the guest according to instructions on site. The house has two outdoor seating: At the front of the house, facing west, where guests can enjoy dinner in the evening sun. At the back of the house, facing east with beautiful views of the fields, where breakfast in the morning sun can be enjoyed. Guest access When booking, you have the entire wing.
