Äspögårdens flygel

On beautiful Söderslätt, a stone's throw from Sweden's southernmost headland Smygehuk, lies beautiful Äspögården. There, we rent out the so-called wing that is from the 1800s. The accommodation is unique, quiet and cozy. In addition to a beautiful house, there is a patio in both east and west-facing locations. This allows you to eat your meals outdoors and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The space The picturesque wing accommodates 6 people, divided into three bedrooms. It is possible to put two extra beds in the bedrooms upstairs. The maximum number will then be 8 people. The stairs there are somewhat steep, but there is a child gate on the upper floor. Bedroom 1 is on the lower floor and has a double bed (160 cm). Upstairs is bedroom 2 which has a 180 cm double bed and the possibility to add an extra bed (suitable for children). Bedroom 3 is also located upstairs and has two 90 cm beds, which can be put together to a double bed. Also in this bedroom there is an extra bed (suitable for children). Downstairs is a newly renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Downstairs, there is a bright and lovely living room with sofa and armchair. The room has windows and doors facing the patio in the west, as well as an exit to the garden in the back. On the lower floor is also the kitchen with associated dining area. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and two hotplates. During the summer, there is also a barbecue grill to use. Upstairs is another living room with sofa and armchairs and a TV. Cleaning is done by the guest according to instructions on site. The house has two patios: In the front of the house, in the west-facing position, where guests can enjoy dinner in the evening sun. On the backside of the house, in an eastern position with beautiful views of the fields, where breakfast in the morning sun can be enjoyed.
