Take advantage of the full kitchen & laundry facilities. Welcome to your waterfront oasis. A rollaway bed is stowed away for a third guest and sets up easily in living area. Guest access Guests have full access to upstairs unit of the houseboat and the rooftop deck. Must climb one or two flights of stairs Other things to note Please take care when walking onto the dock, and houseboat ramp. The ramp can be wobbly. Use handrails and watch your footing at all times. ✨✨It’s also important to understand that houseboats are homes “floating on the water”. The tide ebbs and flows, pigeons coo early in the morning and neighboring houseboats are in close proximity, the sunsets are magical, moon rises are truly awe-some. However, for those wanting a peaceful, perfectly quiet space… this may not be for you. This houseboat community is in the middle an ever changing lively scenery and it’s an experience for those who consider that rejuvenating and lovely ✨ Our goal is to provide a tranquil and enjoyable waterfront retreat for every guest. From time to time, neighboring properties may have maintenance or improvement work taking place during normal daytime hours. If you experience any concern during your stay, please let us know right away and allow us up to two hours to investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue whenever possible.
