Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful space. With its own heated pool from May-October, hot tub heated all year round, large conservatory and beautiful sunset over the fields. Soccer goal, trampoline in the garden. 2 wood-burning stoves indoors and a fireplace/barbecue outdoors + brick fireplace. 2 bathrooms/toilets, shower and bathtub, sauna, laundry room, large kitchen with everything you need. Large living room and sunroom. There is room for max 12 people, otherwise after the increase Basic fee + 500kr per person night The space Downstairs there is the duch wc laundry room sauna(turn on breaker outside before use! And do not run the dishwasher at the same time as the sauna is running, the same fuses) kitchen dining area as well as the patio,terrace sunbeds, etc. Upstairs: bedrooms ,living room and toilet with bathtub. There are freshly washed linens. 3 double beds 4 extra single beds and 2 sofa beds if you want to sleep there. (One room is private upstairs. It is labeled) grateful if you respect them. There are clean towels in the laundry room (labeled drawers if required) It takes about 30 seconds before hot water comes in the shower and bathtub so please be patient. Pool: To pull off the pool ceiling, there is a sprint that needs to be locked on each section. Unload all and slide one section at a time, preferably one person on each side past the pool. Would like you to use the outdoor shower before and after swimming in the pool for everyone's comfort. ( turn on/ off water for it after use, sitting on the corner behind the shower) The main faucet sits at the back outside the kitchen window if there is no water) The pool always keeps at least 25 degrees. May-Oct Hot tub: 38 degrees year-round, shower before and after, thanks. The conservatory: There is heat if it gets cold evenings (the remote is on the way out from the living room) If you want to grill or cook at the murrikan, that's fine. Bring your own charcoal. There is wood on the back or at the barbecue area if you want to light a fire inside or at the fireplace. Think about safety! (Do not light grill , murrikan, or fire dishes on the Deck!) The garage: is private We have a nice red/white cat of almost 1 year staying with us. His name is Sture. If you don't want him indoors, close the cat flap to the storage room at the dining area. In there, he has food and water for several days and comes out and whenever he wants. He is very calm. Behind the house there is a garden where there can be cows and calves some weeks. Feel free to look at them but do not go in to them. You can use everything, but know that everything would be your own. It's a great expression:) And should something break, please let me know instead of it being noticed later. Really hope you will enjoy staying here. Cleaning equipment is available in the laundry room. Guest access You have access to everything, except for a room upstairs and the garage. Other things to note 3 double beds, 4 guest beds and 2 sofas are available after agreement before booking.
