Our 75 m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained building. It overlooks a nice, very quiet courtyard. It has a balcony overlooking each room of the apartment. The space A very large living room with lounge area and dining table for 8 people. 2 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with 140 cm double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 beds for children under 6 years old (140 cm long beds). 1 umbrella bed is also available if needed. We leave our children's books and toys available. The bathroom has a large Italian shower and a washer-dryer. Independent kitchen equipped with oven, glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. Other things to note The elevator is rather small but we fit 4 with the children. On the other hand, you have to climb a few steps in the courtyard to access the hall. A parking space is available on level -2 of the building. The ramp is rather tight but you get used to it quickly. All beds will be made upon arrival and we of course provide towels. Registration Details 7512007973133
