Chácara Clara Josefa with a pool

We have four suites available, one master suite with a queen-size bed and two suites with standard double beds, all three with air-conditioning, and one large suite on the mezzanine of the kiosk with two standard double beds and a fan. The kiosk space is all glass and, in addition to the en-suite, it can accommodate sleeping with mattresses Our farm has an extension of five tasks, located in the municipality of São Gonçalo dos Campos in the District of Magalhães. It is 8 km from the Tomba neighborhood to the farm. The space The property consists of a large house, a glass kiosk and a caretaker's house with two bedrooms. The large house has four en-suites, an office, TV room, living and dining room, kitchen, toilet and hanging garden, but only three en-suites, TV room, toilet and hanging garden are available for guests to use. The glass kiosk contains a gourmet area equipped with a barbecue, granite countertops, a private bathroom and a mezzanine with a large en-suite featuring two standard double beds, which can be fully used by guests. We also have two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, available for guest use. We also have a Jacuzzi that is always clean and has water, but it is not available for use as such, but it can be used for photos. Guest access Guests can use the entire kiosk space, gourmet area (barbecue, five-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, airfryer, sandwich maker, microwave, blender and Gelagua), pool area, gardens and balconies, grassy area, orchard and parking. Access to the big house is only for overnight accommodation in the three en-suites and TV room. Other things to note The use of loud sound equipment after 11 p.m. or music that disparages gender, race, politics and religion is not allowed. The use of illicit drugs and smoking of any type of cigarette is not permitted inside the house, suites or any of the buildings. The use of glass containers in the pools is not allowed. Swimming pool baths must be preceded by showers. We strongly urge you not to pee in the pools. Automobiles must be parked in those intended for this purpose. Guests must be responsible for their children, the elderly, and people with special needs.
