The Walting vacation home is wonderfully located in the countryside - in a village, about 8 km from Lake Brombach, in the Franconian Lake District. The house has 180 square meters of living space and extends over two floors. On the first floor you can cook and eat. On the upper floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The vacation home is tastefully furnished with many nice details, such as lamps, dishes or bed linen. The house is ideal for a family with an attachment or two friendly families - up to 8 people. The space On the first floor is the open kitchen with beautiful seating for 4 to 5 people. This is adjoined by a spacious living room with an XXL couch and a dining table that seats up to 10 people. The core of the living room is a tiled stove specially made for the house. On the first floor there is also the guest toilet. Right next to it is the utility room with iron, cleaning supplies, etc. Here you will also find a shelf with brochures and information material about the region as well as a game and a bookcase. The upper floor is divided into two parts. The two living areas are separated by a door. Here are the bedrooms and bathrooms. In each area there is one bedroom with a double bed and one sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping lofts are especially popular with the children. In addition, each living area has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Up here there is a spacious sitting and lying area where you can relax, watch TV or watch the fire of the Swedish stove on long winter evenings. In the southwest-facing small garden we have created a nice seating area. Depending on the weather, you can have breakfast, barbecue or just sit together here. Two deck chairs easily fit on the small lawn. Guest access Access is via a code for the key box. This ensures an easy, flexible and stress-free arrival – even in the event that it should be a little later. Other things to note If you are looking for silence and relaxation, the Walting vacation home is the place to be. Throughout the day, only a few cars and tractors pass by, as well as occasionally a few cyclists or riders. Especially in the middle of summer, you can look forward to returning to your quiet country estate after a busy day at the lake. In Walting itself there are no shops. Instead, the baker's car stops twice a week with loud honking right outside the front door. Fresh eggs are available from the neighbor next door, fresh game from the neighbor opposite and fresh organic milk two villages away. The nearest shopping is in Ettenstatt, 3.5 kilometers away (Ettenstatter Beck: fresh bread and rolls, basic food). Within 6 to 8 kilometers there are various supermarkets. All around are numerous beautiful inns, where you usually get large portions at fair prices. In Nuremberg (30 minutes by car/train) and Munich (2 hours by car/train) you get big city flair, with us in the area you can enjoy rural life. If you want, you can start cycling or hiking right outside the front door. The nearest outdoor swimming pool is 5 kilometers away and Lake Brombach is 8 kilometers away.
