Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annex is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home. The space Our comfortable, warm and bright annexe is in a perfect spot for walkers and cyclists nestled in the Surrey Hills with the North Downs way on our doorstep. Out of one window you have views over Ten Acre Field which leads directly into Denbies Vineyard. Out of the other window is views of Box Hill which you can walk to in 20 minutes. For the cyclists we have secure bike storage, a bike repair stand and track pump available. Dorking is a lovely old town home to numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, sports centre, theatre and cinema. All reachable within 15 minutes. The annex has a very comfy small double bed, easy chair, table and chairs and smart tv. There is an area that has a fridge, microwave, kettle and sink. Tea, coffee etc provided. A very modern en-suite shower room. There is also a cupboard with clothes storage, an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Guest access Guests have access to the whole annexe and can use the table and chairs provided on the patio area just outside. The rest of the patio and garden is private. Other things to note Please note the property is accessed via stairs. We do have a dog who’s very friendly but will be wandering around the garden and will definitely want to say hello if he sees you.
