Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away. The space We welcome you to the newly refurbished, self-contained annexe of our family house. As you arrive through the front door there is a spacious kitchen with full size cooker, induction hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar seating. Off the kitchen is a stylish bathroom with walk in shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. Stairs lead to the first floor sitting/bedroom. This bright room contains a kingsize bed and lounge area with sofa, chairs, tv and has amazing rural views from the Velux balcony windows. (Please note this room has reduced height towards the eaves). Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The Annexe is completely self-contained. If there's anything you need that is not available we are nearby in the main house to help. Location We are situated in a beautiful countryside location on the Wiltshire/Somerset border close to Frome 5 miles, Longleat 9 miles, Bradford on Avon 9 miles, Historic City of Bath 13 miles, Stourhead 15 miles, Stonehenge 23 miles. It is within walking distance of a community pub serving food and a Chinese Fish and Chip shop. A short drive takes you to some wonderful cafes and a Tesco Express for any essential items. Its a 20 minute walk to the village Request Train stop with direct trains to Bath and Salisbury. Westbury mainline train station with direct services to London Paddington is 3 miles away. Guest access The Annexe is accessed via its own front door which you will have your own set of keys for - so you can come and go as you please. There is room for one guest car to be parked on the drive. Other things to note Please note the sitting/bedroom has reduced head height towards the eaves.
