Morada dos Netos is a unique place: a rustic and cozy house, with typical architecture of the Serra Gaúcha, located on a large plot of 1500m, surrounded by araucaria trees, with preserved fauna and flora. Located in the heart of Vila Suzana, the city's upscale neighborhood, it is a constant invitation for pleasant walks amidst the lush nature. Privileged location, five minutes from the city center and its tourist attractions, exit near Estrada do Caracol and neighboring Gramado. The space The house offers a comfortable stay for those seeking safety and tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are currently available, two bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV, fireplace and Wi-Fi, and a comfortable dining room for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, mixer and coffee maker, dishes and other utensils, a comfortable German corner for meals and a wood stove (not usable). Outside, in the back, there is a barbecue with grills/skewers, hammocks for resting and a dining space. In the front outdoor area, there is a leisure space to enjoy moments with family and/or friends. Parking for two or three cars. Guest access Guests will have access to the areas described and made available in the listing, i.e. the entire interior of the residence, except for two rooms (closed because we are renovating), as well as all the external areas surrounding the residence.
