Walking distance to the Kangaroo General Store (petrol, alcohol, takeaway food and light groceries). Room to park a boat and cars. The space Open plan living room with kitchen, dining and lounge room that overlooks Lake Hume. One full bathroom upstairs and toilet and shower downstairs. Laundry with washer and dryer downstairs. Three separate bedrooms, queen size bed in two rooms and a double bunk bed in one room (single on top, double on bottom and trundle mattress available). Split system heating and cooling unit in each bedroom and the living room. Desk located in the living room and balcony accessible from the living room that overlooks the water. Internal staircase to access living and bedroom spaces upstairs.
