Guest access You will have access to the entire house! There is a locked owner’s closet located downstairs in the master bedroom and one upstairs. Please do not try to access these during your stay unless provided with a code. Circle parking and enough space to bring your boats, kayaks, or ATVs. Other things to note ➠ ACCESS: The front door features an electronic smart lock keypad with a unique door code sent at least 48 hours before check-in for a seamless, keyless entry. ➠ USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety, the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras at the front of the property and facing back of property that record 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house or deck areas. There is a Ring device also but is not monitored during guest stay. ➠ FIREPLACES: Indoor and outdoor stone fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1 – September 30). Weather permitting ➠ LIABILITY NOTICE: Huckleberry Farm is privately owned. A security deposit and rental agreement are required at booking. Please include your cell number and e-mail address for emergency contact. ➠ CRITTERS: Regular pest control is performed, but as this is a rural area, some insects or small critters may be present. ➠ NATIVE PLANTS AND ANIMALS: Located on over an acre in a wooded area, guests may encounter native wildlife such as deer, raccoons, squirrels, birds, and occasional insects. Despite pest control efforts and animal deterrents around the decks, wildlife may visit as this is their natural habitat. We appreciate your understanding.
