The Enchanted Rose is one of our favorite rooms here at the Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens. Furnished with a tall queen sized brass bed, the bedroom looks out over a secluded section of the gardens with morning glories, the sound of the fountain and birds flitting past the windows. The room is especially picturesque in the afternoons when the sun shines through the stained glass windows. You also get the benefit of the only jetted tub on the property in the separate but private bathroom. The Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens is a Historic Victorian Bed & Breakfast located in the classic small-town of Nipomo California. Surrounded by an acre of beautiful gardens, well appointed shared living areas and unique cozy bedrooms this home and it's welcoming hosts will provide you with an unforgettable stay. The Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards in cleanliness and hygiene. In these uncertain times we want to reassure all of our guests that we are taking additional measures for your safety. These include sanitizing the Inn, especially public areas, each morning and throughout the day as needed with disinfectants. We are also bleaching all of our linens and towels. In the kitchen we always run every implement used by our guests and in cooking through an extremely hot sanitize cycle in the dishwasher. From a social distancing standpoint, we are in a fairly isolated area of small-town Nipomo. There are only six rooms total on site. Two of which are isolated in the garden, offering natural isolation from other guests. We are also happy for our guests to take breakfast in their rooms as a means of further social distancing. You will have access to your room, the living areas of the property and the gardens. Please note that we do occasionally host weddings here and during these times some areas of the gardens may be off limits to B&B guests. The kitchen is open for use of the refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils. However please note guests are not permitted to cook in the kitchen. Beki the Innkeeper lives on site and will be more than happy to ensure that you have a comfortable stay with us. She will be on hand to answer any questions about the area, top up your room on request and generally assist you during your stay with us. Nipomo is a small town on the south end of the Central Coast. Only a few minutes drive from the beaches this town benefits from the quiet of being outside of the main cities but still flourishing from many of the benefits of the central coast. The Inn itself is nestled in the Old Town section of Nipomo close to Jockos, the Visitors Centre, the Art Gallery and only 15 minutes walk from the Town Center. The easiest way to reach the Inn is by car but there are Bus Stops not far from the Kaleidoscope within easy walking distance. The closest airports are Santa Maria or San Luis Obispo. The closest freeway Exits are: Tefft St, S.Thompson and Willow.
