This charming artist's apartment for 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms is quiet, on the 1st floor, and crossing: it stays cool in summer. Tastefully decorated in a bohemian chic spirit, the open space (living room/kitchen/dining room) is both pleasant and functional. At the foot of Montmartre (2 min walk), the apartment is conveniently located 2 min walk from the Anvers metro or Gare du Nord, a neighborhood with many local shops, cafes and restaurants, close to South Pigale. The space This very beautiful Parisian apartment and crossing of 60 m2 for 4 people is located on the 1st floor at the back of the courtyard of a secure Haussmann building (code + intercom). It is therefore quiet and keeps cool in summer. This artist's apartment is tastefully decorated in a bohemian chic spirit. It has all the comforts you need for an enjoyable Parisian stay. The atmosphere is peaceful, friendly and inspiring. It is ideally located within a 2-minute walk of Montmartre, Gare du Nord metro station or Anvers. In the heart of a local shopping area (bakery, cheese shop, cafés, restaurants, breweries, etc.). At the foot of Montmartre and very close to SoPi (South Pigale) with Rue des Martyrs. The bedrooms and shower room are cleverly arranged around an open and friendly space: living room/kitchen/dining room), 2 adjoining bedrooms on either side and a shower room with toilet. In the living room, the kitchen side consists of a hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer-dryer. All is adjacent to a dining area with a dining table for 4 people. The living room features a 2-seater sofa and a rocking chair around a singular coffee table. Also, the double bedroom consists of a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe area with some shelves available for guests to store their belongings. The 2nd double bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe area. Finally, the shower room consists of a spacious shower, hairdryer, sink and hanging toilet. Bed and bath linen are provided. A cat usually lives in the apartment but will not be there during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. We share the apartment address a few days before your check-in. Make sure you can reach us by phone (international mobile calls and messages) upon arrival so we can meet you at the bottom of the building. This is an opportunity to get to know each other better and share some good neighborhood spots. Please let us know your arrival times and days when booking so we can plan it. Late check-ins are possible, we just have to organize ourselves together according to our respective schedules and for a small extra charge of €30 from 8:30pm and €50 after midnight.
