Welcome to Villa Le Clos du Tilleul, a 140 m² detached cottage with a 1,500 m² garden with trees, spa, and sauna. Enjoy a peaceful setting, cozy décor, and two bedrooms equipped with TVs (one open-plan bedroom for 2 people, the second for 3 or more people). Fully equipped kitchen, charcoal BBQ provided on request, and breakfast included for a relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful stay. Nestled in a quiet and green environment, our gîte will captivate you with its large spaces, its elegant and cozy décor, and its warm and bright atmosphere. You will enjoy a large, tree-lined garden of 1,500 m², ideal for recharging your batteries in complete tranquility. A barbecue is also available to guests, with charcoal provided (please specify its use when making your reservation so we can make the necessary arrangements). The gîte has two comfortable bedrooms: * A bedroom on the ground floor * A second bedroom upstairs Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, as is the living room. For reservations for 2 people, only one bedroom will be available. The second bedroom will be accessible for groups of 3 or more people. Villa Le Clos du Tilleul also includes: * A fully equipped modern kitchen: oven, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, full set of dishes… * A laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and garment steamer * A cozy and welcoming living room * A premium wellness area with spa and sauna, perfect for a relaxing stay * A crib and a single bed for a teenager are also available. Breakfast is included in our rate so you can make the most of your stay from the moment you wake up. Everything has been thought out to offer you a relaxing, comfortable, and delightful experience. Guest access The cottage is 100% accessible for guests: Single-story section of about 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) Upper floor with one bedroom and a landing, approximately 45 m² (485 sq. ft.) We always welcome guests in person to ensure you have a warm and friendly arrival. It also allows us to show you how the amenities work, including the hot tub and sauna, as well as the various areas of the gîte. Other things to note Our rates include everything to ensure you have a hassle-free stay: housekeeping, bed linen, towels, private and unlimited access to the spa and sauna, a full breakfast, and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. You will also benefit from private parking with a surveillance camera to further secure your stay and your vehicle.
