Located in a quiet family friendly road in Wimbledon, you'll have exclusive use of our beautiful and newly renovated three-bedroom family home - the perfect place for exploring London and surrounding areas. Within walking distance of both rail and underground stations offering fast transport to and from London, as well as the many shops, bars and restaurants in Wimbledon village, Earlsfield and Wandsworth, you're never too far from the action! The space We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful and welcoming family home. Kindly note this is usually our living place rather than an exclusive rental home, so there may be some personal items/pictures in some areas; however we will clear it of most personal effects so the place will feel your own whilst also enabling you to benefit from home comforts. Here is a taster of what you can expect: Family Living Area: Beautiful open plan family area comprising a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, all the essentials you'll need and an island with accompanying stools, a dining area for up to 8 people, and a sofa/snug area with large screen TV which comes with access to core Sky (excludes purchases on sky store and sports) and Disney+, and is enabled for Netflix and Prime Video. Integrated 'Alexa' controlled speakers so you can put on your choice of tunes whilst you fetch a nice cold wine from the integrated wine fridge. Welcoming Hallway: With coat and shoe storage cupboard and equipped with a washing machine, tumble-dryer, garden airer and all the laundry soap and conditioner you might need. Ground Floor W.C: Decorated with beautiful fern patterned wallpaper. Living Room: A calm and quiet living space, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or reading a book on comfy sofas in front of the wood burning stove. Master Bedroom with En-Suite: Retreat to the top of the house to this bright and stunning master bedroom. Furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, with built-in wardrobe area and full access to the en-suite bathroom, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your stay. Bedroom 1: Furnished with a single cabin bed and desk area, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for your things. Bedroom 2: Furnished with a single cabin bed and desk area, and plenty of wardrobe space for your things. Family Bathroom: Enjoy our family bathroom, fully stocked with fluffy towels and all the essentials for your stay! Garden: A private decorative garden in the front, and a beautiful south facing garden to the rear of the property, with a sunny balcony, seating area for 6 leading to an astro turf lawn, perfect for soaking up the sun or for younger ones to burn off their energy! Use of the provided coal barbeque is permissible where appropriate fire safety guidance is observed. Things to entertain: Along with a selection of adult board games, our children are age 7 & 8 and we are happy to leave you access to games, toys and books neatly within cupboards for your enjoyment. If you have kids we're happy to leave out a garden football goal and basketball net, plus some balls. Professionally cleaned: Hotel-quality bed linen and towels. If you stay more than one week, you will also benefit from a mid-stay house clean. Guest access You will have full private access to the property during your stay, with the exception of a locked office where we will move our personal effects to, and garden sheds. Enjoy! (N.B. weather dependent, a gardener may access via garden gate on occasion during your stay to water the plants for us and neighbour). Other things to note We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Unfortunately, as this is a residential area, parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
