(Maximum Audi Q3 size if it’s bigger then please park next to the garage door way as long as it doesn’t block others unit’s door way thank you) • Amenities: Equipped with all the essentials, including a laundry room, TV with Netflix(no Antenna)and high-speed Wi-Fi. You’ll have pretty much full complete access to the entire townhouse, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. - Ground Floor:Park securely in the garage and take advantage of the convenient laundry facilities.(Please note that guests can not access storage room at the back of the garage and thank you for your corporation) - Second Floor: Relax in two cozy bedrooms with queen beds and enjoy the 1.5 modern bathrooms. - Top Floor:Gather in the inviting open-plan living and kitchen area, and utilize the dedicated workspace with a daybed for you to relax (note this is not countable as a sleep arrangement or a proper sleeping bed). - Additional Amenities:Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix (but no Antenna sorry) fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts you need for a delightful stay. We’ve made sure that accessing the property is a breeze with our keyless entry system, providing you with convenience and security. Feel at home and enjoy your stay! Other things to note No Party / Noise After Midnight Should there be any damage to the door or if keys/NFC/Garage Remote go missing, a fee of $350 will apply to cover replacements.
