The home This entire villa sits in the SoSo neighborhood of West Palm Beach, just a short walk from the Intracoastal and close to Palm Beach Island. The layout balances shared spaces with privacy, featuring a main house and a separated guest house with its own kitchenette and private bathroom. The home is single level with no stairs, making movement throughout the space easy and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements The main house includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, a queen guest bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. The detached guest house offers a queen bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. A travel crib is available upon request. Sleeping options include 1 king, 2 queens, 1 queen-size sofa bed, and 2 twins, accommodating up to 10 guests. Bathrooms There are three full bathrooms in total, including the primary en-suite and the private bathroom in the guest house. Bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials for your stay. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is set up for everyday cooking and group meals, with an open layout that flows easily into indoor dining and living areas. Multiple dining spaces allow everyone to gather comfortably, whether indoors or outside. Outdoor living & pool The private backyard is fully fenced and centered around a private outdoor pool that’s available year-round. Pool heating is optional for an additional $100 per night and is generally recommended from October 15th through May 31st. Outdoor living areas include shaded seating, outdoor dining, a gas BBQ grill, sun loungers, and space for games and relaxation.
