My Coz Getaway Right in Twain Harte Downtown!

A perfect getaway for creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath 1950s mountain retreat, nestled in Twain Harte, is designed for memorable stays. Discover the perfect blend of nostalgia and comfort at My Cozy Getaway! The space Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking oils and dishes. There is also a coffee pot, coffee press and waffle maker for those slow moving Sunday mornings! The downstairs "Dream Catcher" room has a queen bed and a large closet to hang clothes. In all the closets you will find extra floor fans and portable AC unit. Upstairs you will find the "Cubs Den" furnished with 2 full beds and a 60" TV with ROKU! Turn on the twinkle lights and this makes the perfect theater room for the little ones! This room also has window ac installed for those hot summer months! Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed, rocking chair and pack-n- play in the closet! This room also has a window AC unit installed for those summer months. On the deck there is a large patio table and swing chair with umbrella for shade! A charcoal BBQ and cantina lights make this the perfect place for relaxing after a long day at the lake! Newly installed Air conditioners will alleviate high temperatures being experienced in Tuolumne county and make your stay comfortable. Guest access The entire cottage is yours! The wrap around driveway can fit 3 vehicles. The walk into town is best down the side stairs through the meadow. We do not provide snow plow service. Please check the forecast before your visit. 4 Wheel Drive recommend in snow. Other things to note Please note the only access to our cabin is down 10 stairs. Unfortunately there is no accessible route for a wheel chair. While we do not allow pets in this home, there as been pets in this cabin prior (For those with pet allergies). Due to the cabins geographical location in the mountains, PG&E will occasionally shut off the power during high wind events to prevent a potential wild fire. We have left a box of flashlights and other items in the guest closet to make these moments a little less of a burden! Please note while we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible,we do not offer refunds due to power outages! Other things to note My Coz Getaway Cottage is located just a quick (hilly) 1/4 mile walk to restaurants, mini-golf, community pool, Eproson park (Music in Park) and all that downtown Twain Harte has to offer. If you seek a little more adventure, Pinecrest lake & Dodge Ridge Ski Resort are a 25 minute drive. Black Oak Casino, Sonora and Columbia are also just a short drive away. Yosemite National Park is a 90 minute drive and a worth a day trip!
