The space 🤗 Welcome to our spacious and bright house, ideally located in a quiet and wooded residential area. With its 130 m2, it offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. Enjoy our 200 m2 sunny unfenced garden in the front with a large 30 m2 terrace, or behind out of sight, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Parties and other events are not permitted without prior agreement. 🐈‍⬛ Pets: A gray cat lives in the house. Be sure to open the door if it shows up to come in or out. Other pets are not allowed. 🚭 Smoking: The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. No smoking inside the house, including cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Ashtrays are available outside for smokers, please dispose of your butts responsibly. 🧹 Cleaning and maintenance: Please return the house clean and tidy. We rely on the civility, and do not charge a cleaning fee. However, if necessary, we will notify you of any additional costs starting at 60 euros, depending on the damage or shortcomings caused. Dishwasher: Please wash and store dishes before you leave. Bed linen: please remove the sheets and place them on the floor before leaving. Report any breakage or anomaly as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary action. 🧯 Safety and amenities: Follow the safety guidelines for the use of electrical and electronic equipment. In case of technical problems or malfunction, please let us know right away. 🔓 Access to amenities: You are free to use all the amenities made available, but please take care of them and leave them in good working condition. Some equipment, such as the overhead projector and desktop computers, are for the exclusive use of tenants. Please do not move them outside the house. Guest access 🔓 Access is allowed to all parts of the house on the ground floor. Upstairs, the room at the end of the hallway is locked. It serves as a storage room. Other things to note We prefer weekly rentals for the 2024 summer period.
