Guest access • Access is prohibited to closets or rooms that are locked. Other things to note RULES • The house is non-smoking, please do not throw your butts in the house trash or in the garden. • No shoots or filming allowed as part of the accommodation rental. However, we can review your requests and give you a special offer via Airbnb. • We love our animal friends but they are not allowed in our property. • Furniture must not be moved. • Parties are forbidden. • Prohibited to make a fire outside. • Any incident, breakage or damage affecting the house, furniture or equipment must be reported as soon as possible • Replacement of broken items is the responsibility of guests. • Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be at the guests' expense. • Cleaning is included, but we ask that you please empty the trashcans, do the dishes and leave the accommodation tidy as it was when you arrived. • In the event that the keys are not returned or are lost, a complete lock change will be made at your expense. Changing the lock is mandatory to ensure the safety of the accommodation, future guests and owners, and to avoid the risk of break-ins as much as possible. • Any check-in after 9 p.m. will be charged €30 (to be paid in cash upon check-in).
