The space Through an illuminated private walking path, you reach our brand new home where you will find the key box in the entrance portal. When you enter the house, you will immediately notice the high ceilings of 4 meters and the large windows overlooking the terrace and the lagoon. Our house includes a spacious separate guest toilet with hand washer/mirror, a stylishly furnished large living room with an L-shaped super high-quality sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm for 2 people and including sheets and pillows), a coffee table and a large flat screen TV (Netflix, HULU, Apple TV etc...) as well as a router for free super fast Wi-Fi. Next you will find the dining room with seating for 4 people. The bright, large open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, electric stove (BOSCH), large fridge with freezer (3 drawers), oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee station and all other kitchen utensils. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed for 2 people (including sheets/pillows), 2 bedside tables with night lights and both equipped with a USB charging port, a 3-piece spacious wardrobe and an extra chest of drawers (6 drawers) with mirror). From the large windows in the bedroom, you have a view of the private swimming pool that was built around with beautiful local plants and white pebbles. In the bright and en-suite bathroom, you will find a large walk-in shower, a second toilet, a sink with mirror and plenty of bath towels. Both the bedroom and the living room and dining room have air conditioning as well as sun-blocking curtains/roller blinds. The sun-drenched terrace (with sun from 10 a.m. until sunset) has a lovely swimming pool (12m²), 2 sun loungers with cushions, a parasol, a lounge set for 5 people with coffee table, outdoor lighting and a drying rack. At the back of the terrace, you have an illuminated staircase that leads to an illuminated walking path along the lagoon that leads you to the private beach (300-meter walk over a bridge). On the beach, there are free sun loungers with cushions and parasols, outdoor showers, changing rooms and well-kept toilets, as well as a lovely beach bar with terrace from which you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. Our guests also have the opportunity to use all the other swimming pools of the 4 surrounding five-star resorts for free, as well as to use the super-equipped indoor gym and outdoor gym. The tennis courts and paddle courts, including equipment, and the wellness and massage centers are also available for a fee (Rotana Resort). Right in front of the house there are 4 free parking spaces (there is always space).
