Just 3 minutes from I-90/ EWU exit, wake up to unparalleled views of the lake and kayak across to see where all the turtles sun bathe in the summer! Horses and cows can be seen across the lake. The space Situated on five acres in the middle Of an alfalfa field— you’ll never be closer to a semi-private lake or agriculture! If adventure is what you’re here for— we have kayaks you can use on the lake and can show you where the hiking trails begin right outside your doorstep! You’ll be impressed by how BIG our tiny house feels— the experience will not disappoint! With two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft upstairs- you’ll have views of the lake from every room! Bunk room and master king room are separated by a full size laundry room/bathroom with tub. Access the loft upstairs from a staircase in the bunk room and get a birds eye view of the lake and the living room below. The small but mighty kitchen is ready for gourmet meals and the deck and patio area are ready for your relaxing cups of coffee in the morning or evening meals. Across the lake (accessible from the beach) are two hiking trails along the lake. The beginner trail (La Tortuga) is an easy walk around the lakes shoreline. Be sure to look for turtles sunbathing on the rocks! The more advanced trail goes up the mountain and gives unparalleled views of the lake and the West Plains. This property is located only 3 minutes from the I-90/ EWU exit, 12 minutes from downtown Spokane and 7 minutes from EWU/Cheney. Guest access Our Tiny Farmhouse on the Lake is perfect for 2 adults and up too 3 children. The top bunk can only be used by a child 60 pounds or less. If your party contains more adults or children please reach out to us for consideration. up to 2 vehicles are allowed on property as there is no room for additional parking. Other things to note We are so thankful you are considering staying at our tiny home. The tiny home was purchased after the Gray fire in Medical Lake fire destroyed the inside of our home in August of 2023. We were so thankful for a cozy and fun place to stay as our home underwent a massive remodel. We are excited to share this unique property with others and meet new people visiting beautiful Spokane and surrounding areas! If you need any suggestions of things to do, places to go, or restaurants we’d love to tell you our favorites! There are two security cameras on the property used to monitor the home. The cameras are off when guests are in the home.
