Brick vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors and original furnishings create a warm and authentic atmosphere. Outside, a shaded pergola with table, benches and loungers invites you to relax outdoors, surrounded by greenery and the scent of the sea. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire Capraia apartment, located on the ground floor with a private entrance. All indoor areas are reserved: double living room, kitchen with island, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, and private veranda. Outside, a shaded pergola with table, benches, and loungers is perfect for dining or relaxing. The sea can be reached in 12–15 minutes on foot, partly via a country road, or by bike. Two parking spaces are reserved: one covered under the carport and one uncovered. A large shared outdoor drying rack provides two lines for each apartment.
