Located just across the Southwoods City mall, where you can buy everyday needs and indulge on your food cravings, Holland Park condo is one of the most convenient places to live in the south, especially in Biñan, Carmona, or San Pedro, developed with public transportation accessibility 24/7. If you are coming from the metro, Holland Park is already accessible thru SLEX via Southwoods SLEX exit, just 450m from the building. You may also instantly book a Grabcar going to/from Biñan. A transport terminal is also located across the Holland Park going to different locations. A catholic church, just across a 24hr Mcdonalds is a 5mins walk too. There's also a 24hr Kenny Rogers within the vicinity. You may do biking, jogging, or simply walking around the area is very safe and fun too! PARKING TIP: Parking is @30/12hrs. Just need to go out and in again to the parking lot before the first 12 hours ends to pay way less than normal rate. (You're welcome!)
