The space Our property is accessed by a communal staircase,shared with one other flat. Once inside the flat,we have a generous hall,stairs and landing. The dining kitchen,lounge and one double bedroom are on the entrance level of the flat, as well as a shower room. The upstairs level has a landing,two king-size beds and one smaller twin bedroom. The main bathroom is on this floor and includes a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink unit. The views from the back are of Davaar Island and panoramic views over the town.Beinn Ghuilean can be seen from the front. We have taken care to preserve the original features and the flat is newly decorated,with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and mattresses are all hotel quality. We hope you love the flat as much as we do and will do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access Once in the flat,it is completely your own space. The cupboard under the stairs is for our use only,so is locked. The communal stairs are shared with the other upstairs flat. We ask that you don't block this area as it is also the fire escape route for the upper flats. The garden is not to be used by our guests,out of respect for our fellow flat owners. Other things to note We provide a welcome basket with goodies, including eggs, bread,milk, butter,jam and marmalade. Coffee and tea will also be available.
