Summer house on Tampen, Malmön

Cozy summer house in a quiet environment, located in the central part of Malmön. Here you live in picturesque surroundings with close to shops, restaurants, harbor and saltwater swimming. Eight beds divided into three bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room, spacious kitchen, toilet downstairs, shower upstairs. An additional four beds are located in side cubicles on the upper floor, perfect for the younger ones but also works for adults. Stone-paved small yard with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Free long-term parking is available in the vicinity of the house. The space The accommodation is rented out for a few weeks in the summer and is used all year round by the family. This means that some personal things and groceries are in, for example, the pantry or in drawers. Duvets and pillows are available for all beds, but guests bring their own sheets and towels. The property consists of two floors. On the lower floor there is a hall, toilet, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and a living room. All bedrooms and living rooms have roller blinds. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, soda stream, electric mixer, ice machine and dishwasher. There is an extension for the kitchen table if needed. There is also a music player where you can connect via Bluetooth. In the pantry, there are designated shelves for guests. Inside the kitchen is the room with two single beds. There is also a larger cabinet with glass for different occasions. The room is delimited with curtains between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a spacious corner sofa that can be made into a double bed as well as a living room table. The TV is an older flat-screen TV with Chromecast. The toilet is located in the hall under the stairs, and consists of a toilet and sink with a sink shower. There is also a space for cleaning materials. Upstairs there is a smaller hall, shower room with sink and two bedrooms with double beds. There are also two sleeping areas, one in the hall with two beds in a row along the wall and one in one bedroom with a wider mattress for two people. Access to stone-paved smaller patio (yard) with garden furniture and grill. From the yard you can go down to the basement and here there is access to a washing machine and a smaller freezer. There are also sun loungers that can be used. Bicycles are not included in the accommodation unless otherwise agreed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Duvets and pillows are available for all beds, but guests bring their own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included and instructions are sent to the guest in connection with check-out as below: 1. The key is left where it was collected upon arrival. 2. Turn on the dishwasher and wipe down tables and benches in the kitchen. 3. Clean the toilet and sink. 4. Vacuum and wipe the floors. 5. Empty all garbage, leave at the driveway to the long-term parking lot. 6. Leave the house in the same condition as it was when you arrived. We have no possibility to store luggage after check-out time at 11:00 a.m.
