Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Tudor Cottage, has a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area, just perfect for those family meals. It also has a lovely outdoor patio area with plenty of seating for the whole family whilst enjoying a BBQ. The cottage is newly built and has all modern facilities that a family needs, kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker and all other equipment required for mealtime. The space There are 3 bedrooms, one ground floor double bedroom which is good for guests with mobility issues. A further 2 bedrooms upstairs, one double with ensuite and a twin room. Ground floor bathroom with large walk in shower. There is also a spacious lounge with 50 inch Smart TV , dining area for 6 guests. A utility room has washing machine and freezer as well as an electric airer. There is a lovely outside space for those summer evenings and BBQ available as well. The cottage is newly built and has a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay as easy as possible. Bath and hand towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. We supply logs , kindling and firelighters for a small additional cost which can be paid on arrival, we do not allow guests to bring their own logs. EV charging available , paid locally when charging completed and units used known. Guest access There is parking near the cottage, and it has level access into the cottage. There is a ground floor double bedroom and ground floor large bathroom with walk in shower. This makes it ideal for guests with mobility issues. (this is not fully wheelchair accessible) There is a 50 inch Smart TV , guests will need their own subscriptions to log into Netflix, Disney etc.. Other things to note The property is not suitable for hen or stag parties.
