These lovely chalets are immersed in the greenery of the Orecchiella Natural Park in Garfagnana (San Romano in Garfagnana - Lucca - Tuscany) and are part of the "HolidayhouseCasinidiCorte" holiday home structure: the chalets consist of 5, 8 and 10 beds, with bathroom, living room with fireplace and satellite television, equipped kitchen, outdoor wood-burning oven, large enclosed garden space. In summer there is an 8 x 4 meter SWIMMING POOL and a new 6-seater hydromassage. The space Garfagnana is the best area in Tuscany for walking. We have links with an outdoor activities company who offer guided walks and climbing, mountain biking, canoeing and world class gorge walking. The Garfagnana region of Tuscany, often known as its 'Green Lung' is situated away from the milling crowds that can often be found at the most famous Tuscan locations and is totally unspoilt, remaining untouched by tourism. The scenery is spectacular, green and mountainous with views of both the Apuane and Appenine mountains at every turn…And, due to the altitude whilst the weather can be very hot, it is always pleasantly cool for sleepin. The food is usually home made, using home grown produce, and is typically simple and extremely tasty. Prices here remain very reasonable due to the fact that food is prepared with the locals, and not tourists in mind…The local wine is cheap and surprisingly drinkable!. Visit hundreds of ancient hill top villages, or relax at home. Charming Chalet surrounded by greenery Orecchiella natural park and part of the Holiday house Casa Vacanze "Casini di Corte" (there are three currently rented chalets and holiday homes can be viewed on this site: one with 10 beds, one with 8 beds (+ sofa bed) , one with 6beds ); this Chalet consists in two rooms with 4 beds (+1 sofa bed) for total 8 bedplaces (+1 sofà), bathroom, living room with fireplace and satellite television, fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning oven outside, wide space-enclosed garden with pool (8 x 4 m) and parking. Nearby dining possibilities with typical Gacs, walking and/or horse, guided visits to the Park 1 Km away from the property (Museum, mountain Garden, wildlife), possibility to rent mountain bikes, as well as excursions to the nearby San Roman Adventure Parks, downhill canoe or inflatable boat (Rafting), visits to medieval villages and the beautiful castles and fortresses of the Garfagnana, the opportunity to visit the cellars of the garfagnana and you can taste the typical products ... and in summer many other activities in the Park and outside the Park. We accept short holiday periods (minimum 3 days, 2 nights) or long term rental ("weekend" should be understood as from Friday to Sunday and then 2 nights; weekly rental; up to one month).
