Cozy and comfortable studio, located in a green area between Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels. The studio has its own entrance, equipped kitchen with small fridge & freezer, bathroom, bedroom with double bed + air conditioning and a living room with sofa bed for 2 + air conditioning. Ample parking at the house. Ideal for business travelers, city trippers and nature lovers with beautiful cycling and hiking routes nearby. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The space Accommodation You enter the studio through a private entrance on the side of the house. The studio is located on the first floor. You enter upstairs in a spacious furnished living room with equipped kitchen. At the back is the sleeping area with cloakroom. The chair in the living room can be converted to a double bed. Next to the kitchen there is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and lavabo furniture. Location The accommodation is located between Opwijk and Nijverseel, surrounded by beautiful nature, with plenty of beautiful forests and green areas within walking distance (Leirekensroute, Dokkenebos, Trod,..). A short 10-minute drive from the house is Nature Reserve Vondelbeek and the Kravaalbos, a large and historic forest! A 1-minute drive from Carrefour market and Maes gas station, a 2-minute drive from bakery, Delhaize, bread vending machines and laundry salon "De Wastrommel". A 4-minute drive from downtown Opwijk (shops, cafes and (breakfast)restaurants, Bancontact, pharmacy, bookshop, deep fryer,..). This is also where the weekly market takes place every Friday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. A 4-minute drive from Opwijk train station with direct connection to Brussels. There is a bus stop 2 min walk from the house, 5 min on the bus and you are at the station. At the station there is a large parking lot where you can park the car for free. A 14-minute drive from Oktoberhallen Wieze. Guest access Entrance hall with private entrance + upper floor. The entrance hall is separated with a curtain. The space behind the curtain is private and not accessible to guests. Due to the open staircase, the place is not suitable for infants or young children. During your stay We live on the ground floor, feel free to knock on the door or call us if you have any questions or problems! Other things to note Only booked guests can stay. Pets are not allowed.
