The studio has a private entrance, equipped kitchen with small fridge & freezer, bathroom, bedroom with double bed + air conditioning and a living room with sofa bed for 2 + air conditioning. Spacious parking at the property. Ideal for both business travelers, city trippers and nature lovers with beautiful cycling and hiking routes nearby. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The space Place to stay You enter the studio through a private entrance on the side of the house. The studio is located on the first floor. You will arrive upstairs in a spacious furnished living room with equipped kitchen. At the back is the sleeping area with wardrobe. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Next to the kitchen, there is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Location The accommodation is located between Opwijk and Nijverseel, in the middle of beautiful nature, with numerous beautiful forests and green areas within walking distance (Leirekensroute, Dokkenebos, Trod, etc.). A short 10-minute drive from the house is the Vondelbeek Nature Reserve and the Kravaalbos, a large and historic forest! 1 min drive from Carrefour market and Maes gas station, 2 min drive from bakery, Delhaize, bread machines and laundry "De Wastrommel". 4 min drive from Opwijk city center (shops, cafes and (breakfast) restaurants, Bancontact, pharmacy, bookshop, frituur, etc.). Here, the weekly market also takes place every Friday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. 4 min drive from Opwijk station with direct connection to Brussels. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the house, 5 minutes on the bus and you are at the station. Guest access Entrance hall with private entrance + upper floor. The entrance hall is separated with a curtain. The space behind the curtain is private and not accessible to guests. Due to the open staircase, the space is not suitable for babies or small children.
