Only 20 minutes from Athens, this modern farmhouse is the perfect spot for UGA Game Day! Located on 8 beautiful tree-covered acres, you can take a walk through our wooded path or wade in the creek. This spacious home incorporates chic country charm with a cozy, warm aesthetic. It offers an expansive living room and plenty of bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 11 and is kid-friendly. The space If you're looking for a cozy stay out in the country, you have found your place! Our secluded home is quiet & peaceful with a lots of room for the entire family. Relax by our pool/hot tub (coming in July 2026), enjoy the sauna, put around on our newly added putting green, or relax by the creek and enjoy the scenery. Above the garage is a bedroom featuring two twin beds and a sofa bed. Up the other set of stairs are two bedrooms featuring a twin bed in one and a queen bed in the other, sharing a full bathroom. The main-level master has a queen bed with a full bathroom attached. The basement suite has a bedroom with a California king and an additional living room area, a kitchenette, and full bathroom. Guests who visit say "This house just keeps going!" Although we do have our own animals housed outdoors, we do not allow pets/animals inside our home. There will be a pet cleaning fine/fee of $1,000 if you break our policy and bring pets into our home. We have severe allergies. Guest access You have access to the entire home except locked doors.
