Our apartment "Küstenliebe" has been newly renovated and furnished. It has been furnished in the maritime living style and is inviting for relaxation with the North Sea flair. Not only the maritime style, the balcony , the quiet location and last but not least the beach proximity to the upper floor apartment give rise to holiday feelings. The beach of Neßmersiel can be reached on foot, by bike or car, in about 1900 m. Charging electric cars is possible at the house's own wallbox. The space Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor is equipped for max. 3 people. Even the smallest guests are welcome here. We are also happy to set up a travel bed and high chair. Sleeping arrangements include the bedroom with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed and a loft with 1 single bed, with a lying area of 0.90 m x 2.00 m. The pitched area can be reached via a room staircase. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area. The living room is adjacent to the dining area and has a TV and access to the balcony. The balcony is equipped with seating. In addition, the apartment has a free car parking space and free Wi-Fi. Important! Bed linen can be booked (10 euros per person). Please also bring your own towels, or for 10 euros per person and package, you can also book this. The North Sea market is a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away. In our lockable garden house, you are welcome to store and load your e-bikes. Our house has a wallbox to load your electric car. This will be charged separately. Our vacation home is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. Free parking is right in front of our house. Our basic amenities include : paper towels, toilet/paper, detergent, dishwasher tablets, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, emergency hygiene items, and much more. For large families who are planning an unforgettable holiday together, we offer the opportunity to book up to four of our wonderful apartments at the same time, if available. Our lovingly designed accommodation in a semi-detached house. This diverse selection gives you the chance to work with the whole family for up to 15 people. Bed linen is not included in the price (10 euros per person), towels can also be booked for an extra charge of ten euros per person. Seven days before their arrival, the fee for the North Sea service card must be paid. A deposit of €40 is due for the use of the wallbox. The deposit will be offset against the actual costs (50ct per kWh) and refunded.
